In the case of gonorrhea there are secretions in the male's urethra and vaginal discharges in the female. There can be a burning sensation when urinating. The frequency of urination increases. There can also be ulcers, tumors in the genital region painful or not (as in syphilis), warts, blisters, itching, inguinal ganglion, and pain in the lower abdomen.
