Primary:
they are those which the male has since the
beginning of his sex life and in all relations,
and they are independent of his will. Most of
them are due to increased sensitivity of the
penis.
In the
case of learned primary premature ejaculation,
they are less in number and they are caused by
anxiety, insecurity, fear to fail, deficiency in
the sexual learning, etc.
Secondary:
they appear after a period in which the normal
individual comes to ejaculate prematurely after
suffering erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s
disease and other genitourinary affections.
Psychological:
They are those resulting from anxiety, insecurity,
fear to failure, etc.
