The correct
use of condom can be a good method to avoid the
majority of venereal diseases. Hygiene of sexual
organs, urinating after coitus, avoiding promiscuous
sexual relations are methods which reduce the
possibilities of infection. Nevertheless they are
not infallible.
Remember:
Each
venereal disease requires a specific treatment.
If a
pregnant woman is infected with a venereal
disease, it can be dangerous to the baby.
Abstain
from sexual intercourse until the end of the
treatment and your physician’s authorization.
Inform
the person you believe you have infected.
There is
no immunity against most of the STD, this means
that you can be infected again by the same
disease.
