What
treatments are there?
There are
three different approaches in the treatment of
Peyronie’s disease: pharmacological, physical and
surgical.
Pharmacological:
It consists of administration of several medicaments
including those for local external use.
Physical:
It consists of radiotherapy, ultrasonography, laser
therapy, etc.
Surgical:
This can be directed to:

The
straightening of penis without the removal of
the fibrotic plaque.

Removal of
fibrotic tissue and straightening of penis.

Removal of
intracavernous fibrosis and implant of penial
prosthesis.
Each one of
these solutions require different surgical
techniques for the cure of Peyronie’s disease.
