Primary: they
have been the most frequent in our 19 years clinical experience and they are
related to an increased sensitivity in the penis, which makes male to
ejaculate 30 seconds or 1 minute after penetration moving actively. This
occurs in 70 to 80% of the cases.
Secondary: they
are some disturbances of the genitourinary organs because of a sexual
dysfunction (impotence), neurological alterations, degenerative, vascular
alterations, use of drugs, (antidepressant, antihypertensive, stimulants,
etc.) hormonal alterations, and all those diseases which affect the reflex
mechanism of ejaculation.
Psychological: they are
less frequent. Its characteristic is to be caused by antisexual messages in
childhood, lack of sexual information (sexual education) pressure by the
partner, problematic family environment, anxiety, stress, fear of failure and
difficulty to control stimulation.
